Dear family & friends, we are excited to announce that we were wed on April 20th, 2024 at the downtown courthouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Though we chose a private moment, you were all in our hearts. Your love and friendship have profoundly shaped who we are today, and we are so grateful for your support.

A Brief History
Of our Love

Fall 2012

We didn’t really know each other well when we were students at MCAD.

October 2015

We both swiped right, and it was an instant match!

December 16 2015

On our first date, we went to a show at Huge Improv Theatre and then had drinks at the CC Club.

August 2018

Chloe and Kiki moved in with Mason, Salty, and their roommates, Dan and Jeremy.

October 2019

We had an amazing vacation in Japan!

May 2020

We moved into our first apartment just for the two of us and our cats.

Summer 2021

Had a wonderful time enjoying the great outdoors!

November 2022

Our families got together to celebrate Thanksgiving for the first time.

April 6 2024

Mason proposed on the Stone Arch Bridge, and Chloe said YES!

April 20 2024

We went downtown, got married, enjoyed some margaritas and tacos, and then sang our hearts out at karaoke at Vegas Lounge.

In lieu of gifts, we would be delighted if you made a donation to The Last Prisoner Project.

This national, nonpartisan nonprofit organization focuses on securing the release of the many individuals who are still unfairly imprisoned for cannabis-related offenses that are now legal. They strive to achieve this through legal intervention, constituent support, advocacy campaigns, and policy changes.

You have questions, and we have the answers!

Will we have a reception?

We’ll likely have a party next fall. Nothing too formal but we’d really like to celebrate with everyone!

Why elope?

Although we've been together for a long time, it was a spontaneous choice, and we wanted to keep things small. We're excited to celebrate with everyone at a later time.

Did you change names?

Nope, we each kept our last names. Keep it simple. The paperwork literally took 5 minutes.

Why last Prisoner Project?

We believe that no one should remain incarcerated or suffering the collateral consequences of offenses that are now legal.

What's next?

We're hoping to buy a home! We plan to start looking for houses in 2025 and would like to stay in the Northeast Minneapolis area.

Why those outfits?

Chloe is from Texas and Mason likes cowboys.
